Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. If any premium or special shipping service is available, the related cost will be shown before checkout.
Delivery Timeline
Your order typically follows two stages, and the total delivery time is subject to both production and logistics efficiency:
The order delivery time= Order Processing Time + Transit Time
It is recommended that you calculate the arrival time and purchase in advance. Please note that our order processing includes the production phase (critical for made-to-order products) and will not start until the order is confirmed.
- Handling and production: 20–30 business days
- Transit and delivery: 20–30 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 40–60 business days
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, customs processing, address verification, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 72 hours to become active.
Items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product type, packaging, or fulfillment arrangement.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly. Return or refund eligibility is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may not be canceled because they may have entered production or fulfillment.
