At Moooing, we are committed to handling verified product quality issues fairly and transparently. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

60-Day Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receipt.

Due to the fragile and often made-to-order nature of lighting fixtures, returns and refunds are only accepted for verified quality-related issues, including:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • The item has manufacturing defects that affect normal use
  • The customer receives an incorrect item

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements for non-defective items, including change of mind, personal preference, ordering mistakes, size or style changes, or items that are no longer wanted.

Return Eligibility & Exclusions

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and kept in its original packaging.

Returns may be denied if:

  • The item shows signs of installation, use, wear and tear, cut wires, screw marks, or mounting scratches
  • The item is missing original packaging, protective materials, accessories, or essential components
  • The issue was caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, incompatible dimmers, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • The item was damaged after delivery or during return shipping due to poor repacking
  • The item is customized or made to order, unless the issue was caused by our error

Please do not return any item without prior written authorization from us.

How to Request a Return

Before initiating any return or refund request, please contact us by email.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name, SKU, or model number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the outer carton and shipping label, if the issue relates to delivery damage or an incorrect shipment
  • A brief description of the problem and your preferred resolution

After reviewing your request, we will provide the next steps. If a return is required, the return address will be provided after approval.

Shipping Responsibilities

If the product has verified manufacturing defects, arrives damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent due to our error, Moooing will cover the approved return freight or provide an appropriate solution.

Returns for personal reasons, change of mind, ordering mistakes, or non-defective items are not accepted.

Duties, taxes, and customs-related charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

After the refund is approved or the returned item is inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
