Warranty
Moooing provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible lighting fixtures.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty exclusively covers verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Should a product fail under normal residential use during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following solutions:

Replacement Parts: Supply necessary components to restore functionality.

Product Replacement: Exchange the item for the same model or a comparable equivalent.

Refund: Issue a partial or full refund if a repair or replacement is deemed impractical.
Covered issues include: Defective electrical drivers, faulty internal wiring, and structural failures resulting from factory craftsmanship.
Warranty Exclusions
To maintain the integrity of our service, the following conditions are not covered:

Aesthetics & Wear: Natural aging of finishes, minor cosmetic imperfections, or standard wear and tear.

Improper Handling: Damage from incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or negligence.

Electrical Mismanagement: Failures caused by incompatible dimmers, incorrect voltage input, or non-compliant electrical systems.

External Factors: Damage from power surges, fire, water exposure, extreme environmental conditions, or force majeure.

Service Costs: Any labor charges, electrician fees, or costs associated with the installation/removal of the product.

Consumables: Replaceable items such as light bulbs, batteries, or fuses.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please email support@moooing.com and include:
• Order number
• Product name or SKU
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Installation details, including voltage and dimmer model if applicable
